Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 1 business day before your scheduled class date by calling the office at (956) 975-4779 during office hours. Outside business hours rescheduling request MUST be made in writing to the following email: info@midvalleycpr.com 

No refunds will be given for cancellations, no shows, or refunds requested LESS THAN 1 BUSINESS DAY before your scheduled course training date or more than 30 days after the date you registered for the class. 

Classes may be RESCHEDULED within 30 DAYS of the original class date with advance notice of 1 day prior to course date. A maximum of 1 reschedules are allowed for each class per registered student – any additional reschedules will result in total loss of credit. Credit expires after 30 days after the original class date.
